I also just realized it's double the cost for a set of back seat covers, so it won't be me.

Found another option. Not so much in my price range, but they have multiple colors and a video as well. They also offer custom logo embroidery for additional cost near the bottom of the customize page.

Haven't watched any of the videos. How do these seat covers affect the air bag deployment?

They are side airbag compatible says Clazzio. Deployment is calculated into the design of where the cover separates...

I'm seriously considering this whole set. I was chatting with JPM Coachworks about redoing my seats to replace the Alcantara with red leather and was quoted almost $1k each front seat. I didn't ask about the rears. $400 for an alternative cover seems more than reasonable to me. I just wanted basic black and red. These fit the bill perfectly. Fitment looks about 92%.

I couldn't install the rear seats. Not a product problem, just not my forte. The fronts look nice.

Why not trade your seats to FR-S seats and then get seat covers?
You might earn money in this way.
Also, it might not be a good idea to put covers on heat seats, unless you never heat them.

Well, I like the option of returning to stock since I have a habit of selling my cars on a whim. I don't mind the cost so much. Good point about the seat warmers. Generally the "High" setting is way too hot for me, so I was thinking with these covers that setting would be just all right. The "Low" setting would be pointless I guess.

This mod isn't a "must have" for me, honestly. I love the look, but the fit and finish isn't perfect. I'd rather just have JPM Coachworks re-do my seats in black and red leather, but we'll see what happens. Thanks for your input! Excellent ideas!
