The launch RPM is set by taking the redline and subtracting the value in the RPM Delta.

To set the launch control RPM to 7400, set the Launch Control RPM Delta to 200 (200=7600-7400)

To enable FFS, set Launch Control RPM Delta to 2000rpm. This means that a secondary rev limit set to 5600rpm (7600-2000) will be enabled when you press the clutch while driving (flat-foot shifting).

Also, keep in mind that if you try to open up the parameters for FFS or Launch control when a stock or 6AT ROM is loaded in Tuner Pro, the software will lock up. This is because FFS and Launch control is not defined in these ROMs. Only the 6MT tuned ROMs can have their FFS and Launch Control values edited

Yes, that's right. Just make sure to commit the changes to the ROM by clicking on the little disk icon on the top left of each window. Then Save the file (File->Save). And then load it to the OFT.

Flatfoot shifting is largely a gimmick as well. Really only useful on turbo cars to keep them from discharging boost (and needed to spool up gain) between each gear change. On a NA car, it's completely unnecessary IMHO.

As I stated earlier, the launch control RPM is determined by taking the redline (7600) and subtracting what you put in the delta value. So if you want a 7000 rpm, you would put in 600 because 7600 - 600 = 7000.

Why would you want it that high?? I find 4k too much at times, even in the dry, to gain any real traction. 7k will just light up the rears.

Absolutely. As soon as I get my hands on one locally. So far, the closest one is 500 miles away.

So unless you need underbood bling, it really makes most sense to stick with the stock airbox (with a decent panel filter). I ended up removing the airraid intake on my car and went back to the stock box
Does this mean those of us with the AirRaid need to make custom 1.3 and soon custom 2.0 tunes to continue to get the changes provided for the MAF Location change? NM just checked 1.3 Beta is Stage 2 and there is no longer an AirRaid Option. I will look for the changes between the AirRaid and Non-AirRaid to import over for my setup.

I don't see that being a big issue but I thought I would ask.

Can't wait to see the dyno results and soon the E85 maps I hope!!

Thanks, oh and maybe I overlooked it but how is data logging going? (Been gone for a week on our Honeymoon, no internet out in the middle of the Ocean)
