Closest drag strip is in Atmore, AL. The local SCCA region runs AutoX at Sonny South Raceway just West of Mobile, AL near the Mississippi border and at the Manheim Auto Auctions location on W Street in Pensacola, FL. I am always up for a meet.

I also have a Berk Technology Catless Midpipe I am looking to sell locally for a great price. It is brand new if anyone is interested.

More people then I though down here. I've only seen one FR-S down here so far. I work in Gulf Shores.

There are a few of us scattered around the area down here. We meet up about once a month (though I took a break and didnt set up a meeting in August). Should have a new thread up soon for a meet in September.

You're in Pensacola? I used to go to school at PSC, but I may consider joining up, once I figure out how to drive this car better so I won't embarrass myself pulling in or leaving. Dang first manual is testing my patience.

It takes some patience, but you'll have it down in no time. I'm in Pensacola for the moment, though I will likely be moving in november/december. Anyway, you should come out if you have the chance. Always good to get new people at our meetups.

So I was with a buddy at Bob Tyler Scion looking at an FR-S for him and the salesman said that one of the salesman at the dealer has a black FR-S that he claims has 300 whp and he parks it at the front of the dealer to show it off. Has anyone seen this car? Do we have another forced induction car locally? Anyways if you are in Pcola and near car city, swing by and let me know if you see it.

Havent seen it or any other black ones. Actually, really dont see many frs/brz's around here at all. Maybe a student out at the college..PSC or UWF? I'll keep my eyes open.

I've seen it. The guy is actually a member here. He types in all CAPS and is quick to let everyone know he works at a Toyota dealership.
