and so, where can you suggest a good or better place for find mags (17-inch)?

thanks in advance.
@rockers_kitoy,

The bolt pattern and PCD of our cars are 5 x 100 and not 5 x 108. You also have to consider the offset and width of the mag wheels you are choosing. For offset, the safe values are from +35 to +48. The lower the offset the more it will stick out from the fender. The higher the offset the more it is tucked into the fender. In terms of width, the safe values are from 7.0 to 9.5 inches. For reference our stock mags are 5x100 bolt pattern, 17 inches in diameter, 7.0 inches in width, offset +48.

For mags (17 to 19 inches) that would fit your 86 you can source them from:

Originals:

AUTOPLUS SPORTZENTRIUM, AUTOLINE MOTORSPORT and TYRE RACK

ROTA and LINEA CORSE mags:

STIVO CONCEPTS

Original and Replica mags:

AUTOKOZMETIX, BANAWE CAR CARE CENTER, BENS OK, BLUELINE CAR ACCESSORIES, CONCEPT ONE WHEELS, GARAGE ONE, GOMAGS, KO HIGH OCTANE MARKETING and almost any mags shop in Banawe.

You will have more options in terms of design if you went with 18 inch mags.

You can make arrangement with them to ship to Koronadal if your car is not in Metro Manila.

Hope this helps.

TRD Sound Changer

Hi guys! First time to post here. Anyway, I accidentally bought 2 sets of the TRD sound changer so I'm selling the extra set. The item is brand new. I just got it today, fresh from Japan. If anyone is interested, send me a message. Thanks!

Good info. Also, I strongly recommend getting hub centric rings if you guys are going to install aftermarket wheels. The hub bore of our cars is 56.1mm. Plastic should be okay for street-driven cars, but aluminum rings are a must if the car will see track action

As such you won't have any clearance problems at all even when lowered. No need to widen or fold the fenders. I had these on my car with 235/40 tires all around lowered 1 inch with no problems at all.

Since your car is a pearl white 86 it would look like this (pictures taken from rota wheeldudes site)

Hope this helps you out.
Now confused sir. hehehe... for the rear.. i've seen offset 38.. and the above suggestion is an offset of 44.... what would look better... hehehhee

@dhoeze,

For 18x9.5 wheels at the rear, the higher offset 44 tucks the wheels in by 13.5 mm so you can lower your car even with wide tires (series 245 and above) without any rubbing issues. Go with this set-up if you track your car. Will give you the slammed look when lowered.

The lower offset 38 at the rear makes the wheels almost flush with the rear fender with just a 4.5 mm clearance. You can still lower it but are limited to series 235 wide tires and below without having to tinker around with suspension geometry and fender rolling. Will give you the stanced / flush look when lowered.
