I bought the car up in Boston back in June of last year. It was the closest one that matched what I wanted, SWP Premium 6 speed with no options. Spent a weekend taking the train up to get my new car.
Here were the pictures the salesman sent me the week before I went to get it. When I first Saw it: When I got it home: At work with some friends: Test fitting the winter wheels: Got the Perrin lightweight pulley as the first mod: Then came a back-up camera: Then rear speakers: And LED lights: Winter wheels on for winter: Nameless front pipe/overpipe: Vigilant motorsports CAI: More pics to come.... Next was painting the taillights. Couldn't stand the altezza look.
this picture shows the tails and mudflaps: Got my exhaust from PTuning. love the look and the sound, can't wait to pair it with the Rev Works UEL header, looking forward to hearing the UEL with a 3" catback and high flow cat. Ready for PTuning's Auto-X day back in April. Good time. Video of the event: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8SBZZYd8dk"]Subaru BRZ Autocross at PTuning's Virginia Motorsports Park Event. April 21, 2013 - YouTube[/ame] Got some used 06-07 WRX front 4 piston brakes: Stripped down for paint: Pads, lines, rotors, fluid. Thanks to @Mach V Dan Calipers powder coated and ready to go on: on the car: How the car sits now. Waiting on my header to arrive, then tune will come after that. Then save up for a bit for a nice set of wheels, from there who knows what will be next. I've got plenty of things planned but plans will always change. Definitely feels a lot better, quicker and better response. Looking forward to the header/tune, that should make the car really come to life.

How difficult was the back up camera installation? What sort of configuration on the stock head unit was necessary? Btw your car looks awesome!

I need to get a set of those Calipers. They came out great after the powder coat! HAWK pads all of the way too!

Been awhile since I've updated, but wanted to show some stuff off.
Got my Revworks UEL Header and it sounds amazing with the 3in catback from Ptuning. Header ready for install: Old header off: Old vs New: New Header Installed: Very happy with the sound. Been driving a lot more than I should now with it on. Plus a quick pic of the first snow here in VA: and a quick teaser of the next step thanks to @WheelDude |

Flat Black VW's SWP Build Thread
Seein some things I'm liking in your build. Hoping to get some used Brembos at some point:P. Love the rev works uel. Might get that somewhere down the road. Nice wheel choice. My wheels go on tomorrow hopefully. Americas tire is being a little slow with me.
