Bad news. It's the end of a long road. I'm sorry to say that the dealer is refusing to warranty the car in its current state. The ECU keeps clearing the P0014 and P0017 DTC's but the dealer finally was able to read them and verified the problem.

The dealer reports that the OCV that failed has a pulley that is not operating correctly and needs replacemenet, but it is under the valve cover and access is blocked by turbo hardware (I believe is is blocked by lines but I'm not 100% sure on the location yet.) So the dealer says I need to have the turbo kit uninstalled for them to warranty the car.

As I don't have the funds to uninstall and reinstall turbo kits ad infinitum, I'm going to have WORKS uninstall the kit, part it out, part out the car, and trade it in.

It's been fun! If anyone wants a slightly used AVO turbo kit, full engine back exhaust in good condition, VOLK TE37SL's in mag blue/staggered fitment, etc., send me a PM!

Looks like I will be trading the car in once it is back in stock form and warrantied, probably for a STi.

So I also have an AVO kit, this is my first post as I've been only a lurker of the forums. What supporting mods do you have for the turbo?

It's really sad to hear this. You're the only guy I know of running a turbo kit in the Bay for any amount of time - I'm still in the initial tuning phase (with issues). Have you been in contact with Pete@WORKS about these issues? Just to see what options (and cost) it might take to look into this issue outside of the warranty.

Well it appears that I've inherited this problem. Having the exact same issues. Hoping this turn out well. I don't have a dealer here that'll help me with it but we'll see what happens. I'll update as I go.

For mods I have;

AVO 5psi actuator
AVO overpipe
ARK test pipe
ARK DTS catback
K&N DIF

Which tune map are you running on?

P0219 is a engine overspeed code, comes up when over-revved. B14A1 really means nothing. Others are related to cam issue.
