i read somewhere they can get the Scion cheaper importing it than getting the GT86. i don't understand how, but that is why the Greddy Rocketbunny cars are Scions.

There's really no such thing as a USDM headlight. Those headlights are also used in the stripper model overseas, the 86 RC.

Why would they have to import the scion? Its made in Japan...probably have some kind of hookup with toyota or had to pay more for the scion version...im sure it wasnt cheaper because there cars are supposed to be RHD so he probably had to register the car differently also

You're talking about approval for normal road use, correct? I am curious... what is the attraction to use RHD in USA? I have a hard enough time seeing around SUVs and trucks already! Would RHD just be frustrating?

according to Superstreet May 2013 (in regards to the TRA Kyoto Red Rocketbunny FRS): " But what the hell is a FRS doing in Japan anyway? Shops apparently have special access to deals that somehow grant them the ability to import two FRSs for the price of a single, Japanese domestic market 86."

I still don't get it, but I did read it somewhere. That's where.
