Just don't paint the reflector surface of the high beam. If you just paint the bezel you'll be fine!

I know painting the turn signal housing looks cool but it will really decrease the visibility... make sure you get upgraded turn signals because that could be safety issue.

Tail lights are not sealed in the same way as headlights. You would need to cut them open with a dremel then reseal them. Not a fun process.

Use these videos, if the side marker doesn't pop out, use a flat head and stick it into the hole, twist and push inwards and the side markers will stick out and just pull and it'll pop off. I thought it was hard but once it comes off you'll see how easy it was.

@White-Out, don't remove them while pulling it off. There is a little plastic tab up there that you just need a small screw driver to get to. Once the bumper is off, pull them then. You will see the metal tabs better then. I used a screw driver to push them in and the light came out pretty easily. Look in my first pic with the bumper off. They are still all the way in

So a few questions, I did mine the other day and now that they're painted there is a noticeable gap between the projector ring and the reflector. Was that there before, I didn't notice? Second, are the guts of the lights the same? I think I may have mixed up the projectors when I put them back in(I painted the rings and squirrel finders red) does it matter which side they go in? They look the same and looked to have the same part numbers. Lastly, after reinstalling everything the driver side side maker is loose and I can't figure out how to get it snug again, did I ruin the clips on it possibly?
