Technically since OP is Canadian, it is the Aozora Edition. Not sure if differences between Series.Blue. Haven't kept up to date with BRZ editions or axing rumours.

No differences really. They are both the same model and trim, just called differently in Canada and the US.

Front license plate mounted into bumper and dealer sticker on rear. Dealerships suck, they should know not to do this stuff on an enthusiast car. I told my dealer to not lay a finger on it when it rolled off the truck and fortunately they listened. They left the white plastic on the outside as well as clear plastic on the wheels/seats etc, no dealership marketing (besides rear plate frame which I was ok with), and no front license plate mounting. I was very happy.

Sorry that the dealer ruined your car right out of the gate with a license plate frame and dealer badge.
The badge can be removed, but the license plate frame REALLY sucks.

I've owned a Miata (street - supercharged), two E36 M3s, and now the BRZ.
I'm personally a handling fan versus HP. I test drove the 2014 WRX STi last summer and recently the 2011 EVO to compare as well as the BMW M235is STI - Nice car, good power, but horrid, horrid steering response. It's really vague. You aren't sure where the passenger tire is when you are corning. The EVO... you can almost feel each tire turning as you drive. BMW M235is - Is literally THE BRZ in luxo-mode with a Twin Turbo 6 I am sure the 2015 WRX and STi's are better, but new car excitement aside... 2015 WRX - If it's only incrementally better I'd save the money and go BRZ with a Supercharger 2015 STi - Go to the BMW M235i or at least test drive one... I'm not brand hating - just opinion-ating about other cars out there for similar dollar to fun ratio. |

Is the handbrake correctly adjusted - the gaiter looks very tight?

Completely random but those tips do not stick out like others with JDM tips do.

No the new 2015 tips are shorter. The JDM tips never came to North America due to restrictions on the tips extending beyond diffuser. They finally found a way to make them shorter and ditch the Forester tips.

I had the dealer remove both the front plate and dealer badge off my new car before I drove off the lot. This was my car not a billboard for them.

Ugh...that sux. I have the JDM tips installed on mine and they stick out only about an inch. I wonder if these new tips are actually shorter than mine, or if the tips are the same and the muffler itself is shorter?? |
