You can get an offset screwdriver at any hardware and some autoparts stores for under $10. You can also use a magnetic screwdriver or drill bit in a socket wrench to accomplish the same thing in a pinch (might not fit here though).
As far as the delete panel...well, it's carbon fiber - it's supposed to stand out
