D1? Not sure. But Forumla D, on the other hand... that tC is cheating, flat out. That car represents everything that's wrong in FD. The rules are super restrictive against privateers, but then they grant exemptions on a case-by-case basis, and works teams backed by big companies that sponsor the league heavily are allowed to race dumb shit like that.
