Likely. Go to my build thread and look at my clearances. I have a relatively high turbo setup. This hood was made to fit on my car so if you have anything sticking up higher than I do, it will interfere.

I would say very likely since the Edlebrock sits so far back in the bay, albeit tall.
The vent scoop is a 3" drop and the opening is just in front of the pulleys/belt.
