These guys covered it. You can always just go with a set of camber plates designed for the OEM diameter springs or run a small spacer if you do run into issues with the camber bolts.

The Burninator nailed it. They are easy to bend inwards and you can probably get another half inch of clearance and they will still function to keep the parking brake cable in place.

Nope. The lower spring perch is in a fixed location. It does not move at all relative to the wheel, so if you want to keep it, you need to size your wheel/tire to accomodate.

I would have thought that +5mm would have been enough to keep you from rubbing anything other than the rear bumper tabs. Are you sure you are rubbing the metal fender itself? I have the same tire...
