I personally don't purchase used pads, if you ever decide to sell the kit with just the brand new Ferodo pads, quote me so I can come in here.

How many miles? Track use? Winter use? Do the calipers need to be serviced anytime soon?

Not sure, you can check the install thread that Dezoris put together. I want to say somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15k miles since the car had about 20k total.

Track use?
I believe so, but mostly autocross I think.

Winter use?
Yes, the car was from IL originally. As for how much it's been driven in the winter, I could not tell you.

Not that I can tell, however being that it's more for track it does not have dust boots, which would require you to change your fluid out more often.

But you can always PM Dezoris and find out the actual details.

Kit was direct from Essex
Kit has 5k total miles on it 90% street. (When I owned it)
Was never used in winter.
Brake fluid used was PMU.

Spare set of rotors have 2k miles,
Primary rotors have 3k miles.
DS2500 used for one track day, and 300 street miles (horrible street pads FYI)
The PMU999 have 3 track days, autobahn north and south and gingerman.
Carbotech 1521s had 3k miles and were swapped on same time as new rotors
1521s had 10 autox, which made no difference anyway they never even heat up to be useful in our colder area.

Its dirty appearance is just brake pad dusting and some grease from removing and changing pads so many times for testing.

The 1521s were the best street pads for kit, quiet which is why there are F/R.
The PMU999 were the best track setup we used which is why there are F/R.
