Nice pictures. It just makes me want more. Now we just need the hard numbers. I am looking forward to seeing them

Kiss the belts goodbye unless you do some serious heat management on the turbine.

Can I stop by today and check this thing out?

ShadowSeraph 08-21-2012 01:56 PM

im no expert, but something tells me the belts will be fine unless that turbo gets hotter than the engine that belt is right next to.

Looks like a Precision BB center section...

I'm here. They are out on a drive right now.

How complicated is it to dismantle a turbo setup? I'm concerned that accessing the belt/pulley may be difficult with this...

Side Note: I'm waiting for the first builder to get a 400whp kit done so I can get mine already!!!

Looking at the setup right now it looks like the belt can be removed without having to touch any of the turbo.

I'm loving that manifold, equal length or close, no oil pump required, easy access to the turbo, the turbo is away from water and debris... VERY nice work guys.

Please stop asking the same questions, when you've had them answered before

I just saw the anwer so I deleted my second question.
regardless I don't think that angled turbo looks good, the angle is just enough to look like a
manufacturing mistake and I don't think it would be that hard to make it parallel to the ground.

Silverdub 08-21-2012 04:43 PM

is it me or this turbo is only oil cooled or water cooled....

bakerr6 08-21-2012 04:45 PM

the turbo I believe is oil-cooled from those pics
