We pit the 2.4 vs the OG 2.0 header on the FA20 and tune for both. I think you will find the results revealing and account for some of the issues (aka torque dip) fixed on the 2.4.

At that speed, and with three bent wheels, I'd go over ALL of it with great care. Peened wheel bearings may take a while before they start to growl. Or they may already be the source of the NVH.
