you spent 2.5 hours+ and stressed at dealership. i would just go buy aftermarket one.
i dont know how much you get paid at work but i rather spend $100 battery VS Time at dealership.

I worked the whole time, they had wi-fi. I almost stayed longer; they had coffee and cookies.

For all having issues with the OEM battery, have you been checking the fluid level regularly and filling with distilled water as required?
