Does the clicking disappear when you push in the clutch and coast midway through the turn?

If yes, that's a CV joint.

think i've narrowed it down to a worn wheel bearing =/

That'll definitely do it. Get it replaced ASAP. The howling that you hear is generating heat. You don't know when it will fail catastrophically.

think a 11 sized lug nut would do it? I believe our standard ones are 12.

Bought some rays lugnuts from evasive motorsports a few months ago after purchasing a frontpipe from them. The sizing says 11x1.25 so when I took the wheels off it looks like the bearings were stripped. I called evasive but they said the rays don't come in 11x1.25 so they said those were standard. Thoughts?

I don't think you understand what wheel bearings are. Stripped lugnuts or studs have nothing to do with worn bearings.
