Leave them for the winter and see if they still bother you in the spring. The bottom ones aren't even going to be visible unless you're going to slide under the car on a creeper. The tiny nick by the trunk would require a dab of touch-up paint from the end of a toothpick. The corner scuff could be sprayed with rattle can touch-up paint.

This is really DIY stuff that wouldn't be worth it to bring to a body shop. Some detailers would be able to take car of this for you if these really bother you.

At 17.5k am I getting a good deal? Or should I try for lower.

I'm no expert but it sounds reasonable. If it wasn't limited edition I'd say maybe just a bit lower

Front bumper looks like it could be polished out. Everything else on the rear bumper, you can use touch up paint as others have said and use Langka Blob remover to make it sit flush with the rest of the paint.

It sounds reasonable to me, but I haven't been following the values that closely. I'd say it's a good price as long as the balance of the drivetrain warranty is still valid. I'm not sure how to check that, but I assume if you brought the VIN to a toyota service advisor they would be able to tell you.

The previous owner could have done something that a tech spotted and voided the warranty. I haven't heard of that happening with these cars specifically, but I've definitely heard of it with others and it is worth verifying before buying.

Like has been said. Leave them and see if they even bother you in a month. If you drive the car then you will have the same or worse before you know it.No idea what the values area in your area but that seems very good for a 10.

dealer will quote you for $500 to take off the rear bumper and repaint it. You can repair yourself, buying the touch-up, repair kit, sand paper roughly $60

I just had my front fascia resprayed (and grille replaced). Total was $809, so subtract $84 for the grille.

Btw @Tcoat, these are American Dollars, so I don't know what that translates to in Seal Skins, or whatever you guys use for currency up there.
