Call up Vishnu performance, they're up in the East Bay somewhere I believe. Not sure if they do maintenance work at their shop, but they could likely tell you where they go for that stuff. Shiv has been in the Subaru scene for ages. He's the one selling the OpenFlash Tablets/headers/etc.

Look for something mechanical first, vsc won't make the car wobble in a straight line.

Tire pressure
Lugs tight
wheel bearing
alignment
Bent wheel/wheel balance
Suspension joints

Did you replace all 4 tires? I had the same issues as you when I replaced just the rear tires. The fronts would lose grip and wobble all over the place on the highway. I would say the alignment would be your best bet but check your tires too, make sure they are orientated properly if they are directional tires.

Dry u-joints can do this too. Dirty speed sensors. Just pull them out check for dust, dirt, grease and just wipe them off. May have to undo the Neg Batt cable first.
