Hey guys,

I am thinking about a FRS for my next car and have a couple of questions that I hope some of you can answer.

Now that the FRS has been out for a few months, do dealers now have a decent amount of stock or would I still have to wait a few months to get one from overseas? In particular, I am looking for a Firestorm Red one.

I know it's still a pretty new car but do dealers generally negotiate on the price?

Thanks in advance! I may come out to the December 23 meet if it's in the afternoon since I've already got dinner plans.

You'll still most likely have to wait for the FRS as I believe in canada it's still in back order. Wait time is all dependent on colour.

With Scions pure pricing policy dealers probably wont negotiate on the price, not sure about Subaru though if you were looking at the BRZ.

and definitely come to the meet it'll be a lot of fun.

Coming over to the Big Smoke on Sunday. Hopefully will see another Twin on the road during the day, have yet to see another one here on the Island.

I recently ordered mine from OpenRoad Toyota in Richmond. Ordered two weeks ago, dealership said ETA tuesday 18th. No room for discounts as there is still a large demand.

lol I had the same problem I was going to pick up my car today from open road Richmond and when I got there around noon they said someone else already picked it up and another one will be here in 5 weeks so I took my deposit back and am going to recency when I get back from holidays.
waste of my 6 weeks of waiting.

Wow!!! I would of taken my deposit back and then flip a table on them...

That is BS! How can they just sell it off to someone else when your name is on the list??? I am pissed off for you man...

NOTHING...absolutely nothing good about OpenRoad Toyota in Richmond...

Ive read on the forum that Regency's Scion is pretty good so ill be going there after i come back from Mexico

Hopefully i can get my hands on my car before end of March

Regency Scion is great because the person there has a FR-S himself too! Just talk to Eric.

He always does his best for his customers and treats them the way he would like to be treated.
