oh trust me I have quite a few riced out neons around me. Huge obnoxious unpainted body kits and all!

When they first came out they were the American civic.

Usually huge, obnoxious, unpainted and broken body kits!

Ahh yes I forgot that part! Because they're usually cracked and scraped to all hell.

Last longer: lol have you ever even owned a 300zx?? Theres a common joke for these cars "wanna hear a 300zx joke? hold on i'm working on it." Also these cars are now coming up to be 25 years old and unless you want to be working on these cars all the time (which you probably will.) Also have you EVER tried to work on these things????? One of the hardest cars to work on due to there no room for the engine bay and replacing a turbo requires the engine to be pulled. If you find a 300zxTT for less than 14k you'll be spending quite a bit of $$$ just to get it running reliably. These cars are getting old and have always been hard to work on.

Make more power easier: Uhm..... Idk much about the srt4's but by the time you want to be making power with a 300zx you will most definately be pulling the engine for turbo upgrades or replacements.

You'll have a few k left over:
My uncle owned one. Yes, it is a complete nightmare to work on, but if you have a well maintained one they are extremely reliable and not that expensive to maintain either. Yes, upgrades will also be a pain in the butt after a certain point but it isn't as nightmarish as it's made out to be. I do remember changing out some suspension bits on it and replacing some blown speakers (which meant replacing all the speakers), and it literally took all day. But I remember it overall as extremely fast, fun to drive, and it never really needed much to keep in good shape. Around here they're about 8-12k for a clean one with records. Not that bad.

Just make sure it comes with these, OP. Facial piercing and soul patch, optional.

Thanks for the responses. I'm probably gonna end up passing on it. I see why these cars get a bad rep. Oh well, on to the next one.
