Don't worry, The one you get in US isn't same thing as the one they get in Japan like all imports.

The one in japan gets sodium-filled exhaust that give it extra 10hp/torque >.> & the mouth area is a bit different to, instead of all black their is black with a really thin trim of silver surrounding it.

I always like the looks of evo x. Its sucks that evo series is all done, hopefully in few years, Mitsubishi revive the evo. But for now, I will enjoy my brz.

Haha yeah that'll do it. Everyone's got their favorite generation Evo it seems.

That's pretty awesome to say that you've driven one! I learned a long time ago the difference between cars I want to drive, and cars I want to own. The lists are very different and not a single LanEvo is on the own list.
I can respect that, If I had the money I'd buy a lot of those late 80's-mid 90's japanese cars and have a garage similar to Jay Leno's.

I'd only lighty modify them, maybe a set or rare wheels ar areo and a few engine mods and tuning, because I can do a search for R32, Sil-80, JZA70, and come of up with huge impressive builds, but to find super clean examples with mostly OEM parts is getting harder and harder to find.

Idk I'm a very subtle guy, I like cars with some mods but look Dealer fresh

I guess you could call it showroom tuning

like the perfect example was the Hilux from Back to the Future

Modified but not extreme

$37,999 but I expect to see some markup by the dealers.

My question is do these Final Edition cars get the Recaro buckets? The current MY Evo no longer has the awesome Recaro's and is now equipped with base model Lancer seats, which make the interior even more of a joke than it already was.

Such a shame that it's going away and the past few years have brought nothing exciting, because I grew up being a huge Evo fan.

I completely agree. I got one of the 1st EVO VIIIs in FL, then one of the 1st EVO IXs in TX. I loved the Recaro seats...such great cars.

The Canadian Evos had the Recaros right up to the end. Mind you they were also $55K for the MR and $48K for the GSR. IF you could find one for list and that hadn't been marked up another 4 or 5K.

Honestly, if the interior on the Evo was made up of more than super cheap plastic, I would have considered buying a used Evo MR or something instead of the STI I have now.

I'll always be an Evo fan. It's just such a bummer to see it go out in such a lame way. "Final Edition" and all it really has is a couple badges and some trim/wheel color changes.
