Go all stock, and don't consider drilled rotors ever... even for track use.
If the car is purely street driven, there's zero point in going with different pads/rotors. As for rotor life, I got 100k km's out of mine, with about 30 track days. I'm not hard on brake parts (obviously), but without track use they would've been totally fine still.

OEM are good enough. If you want to try a different brand, Carbotech and Hawk pads are good options.

If you want a modest upgrade from stock pads for cheap, I'd suggest Stoptech SP pads. Better initial bite than stock and will hold up to heat better, at the expense of a little more noise and brake dust.
If that's what you're looking for (and not everyone is), they're reasonably priced at about $100/set.
