90-95db ain't no walk in the ballpark
This mad max inspired sight, was the real deal last time attack race in Sweden

So I say this is the best thing happening in the exhauste market to day bring the masses a exhauste that's delivers power and still keeping the noise in a exceptional level for those environment hippies, that so eagerly try to stop all motor racing.

For more of these crazy exhauste setups, go too Facebook and Timeattack.nu

WTF. I'm astonished. Never i could have imagined of such exhaust systems to actually exist and be used. Though one thing what horrors they do with looks, but in many of these pics they look like seriously hurting aero aswell, especially vertical ones on side of car.
My own thoughts on both quietness and performance .. that it's better to not try to get both in single static exhaust. Most probable outcome - not getting any of them as good as exhausts specialising on one. Hence imho the way to go - dynamically switchable exhausts with dual paths. One for least resistance & adding aural pleasure via some bypass, and another - for tracks with noise restrictions like these and/or passing inspection tests and for those who live in quietness loving neighbourhoods. Be it switchable via some switch placed in cabin or outside in easy to access location, or if it's via some smart gas flow configuration for bypass to self open on WOT (won't do for cases where WOT noise levels are tested too).
"Soundtubes" potential imho also is underestimated, as it can get more noise in cabin, even while noise level outside is kept low. Would be nice to see someone working on these to eliminate some flaws (like for some artificialness of sound tone/passing road noise inside) but keep pros of concept (mentioned more loudness inside with no increase outside).

The mad Max exhaust you see on those cars, are djust a panic solution.
If you get the technical black flag for noise (over 95db) you better get it sorted out a sap, or else you get disqualified
So those hideous exhauste, are built on spot at the track.

This is the "official" Laguna Seca exhaust for Porsche GT3 Cup cars (I've seen several running like this of the years!)

Noise limits at a race track have got to be one of the most mind boggling illogical bs things.

Jeez, I feel like I'm falling for a scam with how good you guys make ACE look, I can't even think about another exhaust manufacturer. Excellent marketing.

Can only echo what's already been said: yay and single exit exhaust for dat weight reduction.

Without even discussing racetracks, I'm not a fan of announcing my presence every time I downshift or pull away from a light or arrive home from work, if I change my catback it will be to one with quietness as a priority.

To contribute, do you foresee this as a product you will offer for a long time or as a limited production run? Of course it sounds like you'll order more to keep up with demand if it's stronger than foreseen, but if I want one in say 3 years will I be having to scrounge classified ads?

So true. I would rather strongly prefer shooting anyone who complains about noise while choosing to live near a racetrack, unfortunately some people have decided that even though they chose to move near a racetrack their needs are more important that the business they knew existed.

This is what happens in real racing. You do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Just one ******* in the case of Laguna Seca.

Everyone's just waiting for him to die of old age.

bump. Saw/heard this last week at the arcadia meet. It was virtually silent at low rpms. I would say roughly equal to my na brz with ofh and stock everything else. Didn't get the chance to hear it at high rpm though.

Please make this available. I can think of one person you could probably sell it too Please keep it super duper cheap though, as I am broke from all of my other purchases.
