I agree. Sometimes it is better to pay more and have peace of mind.

Updated the front page with various media such as those from RallySport Direct, as well as an interview from Matt Feasey from Cosworth.

I have the pulley and have done maybe 500kms with it including a track day. and a happy laps session. While it was just the pulley on 98 and Cosworth tune everything was fine. I recently switched to E85 and Delicious flex tune and maxed out the limits of the auto trans. Have installed the SSP stage 2 valve body and all seems good again.

Are you using coswortg fueling and timing offsets as per the installation manual?

Must be 350-360hp with E85?

I doubt it on a DT tune.

Well the installation instructions give all the values to use, so why wouldnt they?

if its running 330+hp on stock rods without the cylinder balancing.... good luck!

When I initially installed the smaller pulley I was still running the Cosworth tune, full exhaust and 98. Took it to the track for a happy laps session and no issues. Did some logging and discovered cracks in the headers. I have since swapped out the exhaust and have switched to Delicious tune and E85. Clutches in the transmission have been slipping until last week when I had the valve body upgraded. Hopefully will get the car on a dyno soon to see what it is making, but am currently still tweaking the tune. This car is not my daily, but if something lets go then that gives me the excuse to rebuild. If it doesn't let go then happy days. Either way, due to the limits of the trans, i wont be pushing any more power through it.

If I were you I would make sure the Delicious tune is using the fueling and timing offsets (per cylinder) as per the cosworth installation instructions. Cyl no 1 and 2 iirc with be running 20% more pressure than the others without the offsets to balance them out.
