How about the exhaust? Checked for leaks around the header and overpipe?

Failed to also mention I was on Map 4 (93 octane + racerom features) using the cruise control on the high way when the check engine came on. I had been running it daily on Map 1 for 91 octane (though I have 93 here in Texas). So I'm not sure if that would effect it but I don't see why.

I assume you are using 93 fuel. Its seems the ecu is more sensitive in closed loop with cruise control. Mine threw a code... turns out the bottom bolt holding the gdi ecu had fallen out! No issue hammering it around but flick cruise control on motorway and boom.

Correct. I did do a data log via the Torque App, but the data it showed doesn't seem very thorough. I also was concerned to floor it so I didn't. I'll just use my ECUTek and do some logging Sunday. I'll post it up here.

The good news to the data log was that it showed my oil temps rose quicker and maintained good having the oem-style oil cooler. So that's good

I've been super busy. However, during my daily commute, nothing seems off. Engine idles and runs, seemingly, great. No check engine lights or anything. However, I still really should to data log and re-torque all exhaust components.

I had something very similar happen today. First the material in the resonator has came lose and sounds like pure hell, then I keep getting O2 faults on the Ecu?

Confirmed that Nameless and Cosworth have parted ways. Not sure if Matt is still with Cosworth or not but Kirill Chernyavskiy is rep for North America. I initiated a warranty claim today for exhaust failures to the hemholtz and the resonator. Will update the group on how it goes.

I believe Matt is still with Cosworth. However yeah there had been whispers that Nameless and Cosworth are no longer partnered. Additionally, I found out they discontinued their long-tube headers.

So, it looks that they didn't manage to get rid of the bad reputation they made with the older MX-5 kits ...

I think thats unfair.

How many blown FA20s have you seen? They've sold a lot of kits world wide.

Nameless dropped their quality control. Im sure the original prototypes and pre production systems were quality which is what cosworth based their decision to use nameless, which are/were regarded as one of the best exhaust fabs.

If someone pays a premium price for a high quality brand (Cosworth and not Nameless), he would expect that all these things have been sorted out from the beginning. I didn't mention about blown motors, but there are issues. Cosworth wanted a come back after the story with the MX-5's. Try to find a used Cosworth MX-5, the chances is to have also issues. You don't build a car just to work for 2-3 years. In my point of view they didn't succeed for one more time.

You are entitled to your view but people should know that the few exhausts that have failed have been replaced under warrenty so they arnt left out of pocket.
