Most newer cars are having this issues. My parents 2015 & 2014 MDX both have this issue.

Meaningless anecdotal datapoint.

Crickets existed at 5k miles, decreased in volume until totally gone at 10k miles, haven't heard them since. 2 years and 31k miles of silence.

I had them very soon after purchasing the car. It was probably within a couple months. After the dealer replaced the pump etc. a few times it went away. However, I heard it the other day. This was the first time I heard it in well over a year. It hasn't come back since then. I was have a "spirited driving experience". The intensity and the longevity of the operating time may have triggered the crickets to come back. They were gone the next day..I have had the car for over 2 years.

Geez, how big is your monitor? because that is at least 1.75" here on mine. I know it's not to scale but you have to realize showing 1.75" of
crickets can be enough to induce a stroke in some of us with large monitors. That is a lot of crickets! I think I need to relax now as I am shaking and sweaty.

I wonder if there's a correlation between hitting the rev limiter a few times and eradicating the crickets?

I have been following this list of ethanol free gasoline for Ontario and there have been no crickets.

91 octane does the job for me.

I think the sagging front is normal for the shape of it (that's the price you pay for such a cool front bumper skin) -I've seen it worse on Trans-AMs, Explorers, Volvos, DeLoreans, and BMWs. The typical fix are new clips, and aluminum brackets & epoxy.

Examined the car, clear coat is A-OK and all gaps are uniform (doors/trunk/hood). Reminds me, I want to apply matte 3M black vinyl in place of the over priced front bumper garnish but not sure how to address the edges.
