Dunno, it's not exactly hard. I got the BBK and header used... but still passed the mark. I could have only come close without compromising and buying crap, to be sure, but that would still have avoided knock-offs too. Different wheels, different coilovers (especially if I'd have found the right ones used...)

hmmmmm....

-OFT
-borla uel
-invidia N1 catback
-wheels and tires (300 bucks on craigslist )
-shift knob
-k&n filter

So roughly 1800?

i basically hit most of the cheap (but essential IMO) mods. next comes boost! spring time.....,

I'm over $18k and I don't have boost either, and about the only cosmetic mod I have is the STi front lip.

Haha yeah it all adds up. I'm pretty sure I've passed the 15k mark and that's only the BRZ. Don't even want to think about the amount when combined with my WRX

More than my fiance approves of less than half as much as I intend to.
Coilovers
Spacers
Turbo kit
EBC
Custom intake with AFE filter
Motive front pipe
P&L Overpipe
Invidia N1 ti cat back
Custom Dyno tune 7psi with 12 psi at WOT
Crawford AOS switched to VTA
STI PCV valve
Whiteline shifter bushing
Whiteline subframe bushings
PLX gauges with ATI vent pod and 52mm adapter
With wideband and fluid temp module
Seibon carbon trunk
Just ordered Motul fluids for trans and diff
Torque brake fluid
ACT heavy duty 6puck sprung clutch kit
VIS AMS carbon hood en route
Spencer Fab crash beam en route
Oil cooler
Ported wastegate.
PTP lava turbo blanket
DEI heat wrap
Dei insulated radiant heat barrier on cold side IC piping

Long way to go and trying to do things correctly like having all carbon sanded and cleared and no more replica parts or compromises.

Jeez guys. Wow. haha

I tracked my car for the first time when the car turned 1000 miles, everything was stock. I did like 1:45.5 at SOW. After $2k worth of mods and seat time, I'm at 1:32.1. I'm pretty damn happy about it.

The car looks and drives well beyond my initial expectation when I bought the car.

~$2k
In order:
Motul RBF600
Carbotech XP10
Dunlop Direzza ZII SS (215-45-17)
Camber Bolts
Camber Plates
4 wheel custom alignment (been on a rack 3 times so far)

And because JS + BRZ mentioned track times, best time is ~1:53 at LS, pretty consistent average of 1:55 without interuptions +/-2, that was my third day at the track, before camber bolts/plates were installed.

Est. spent on track time and autox... $1.6k?
