Plastic Memories was good. The only connections to Chobits was the androids and a little bit of the romance. In my opinion it felt kind of like watching a PG version of Repo! the genetic Opera. Except it was my insides getting repoed.

Overlord, I read the light novels on Skythewood. But they shut it down after volume 10 in anticipation of Yen press releasing it in the US. The Anime was fun but the story was heavily condensed and everything was rushed. The pacing is way too slow for an anime.

I finished Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? which only seemed to get better on the second season. I am watching Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri. The second season of that is just starting. I keep up on RWBY especially now that it's getting intense. I am only reading the One Punch Man manga without watching the anime. For some reason Crunchyroll doesn't have that series right now. I'll get around to watching it eventually, somewhere else besides Crunchyroll though.

One Piece is one of favorite anime. He's right, it's very long, like 700 episodes. But it's great the whole way through. Naruto is so much filler that I had to stop. I fell out of liking Bleach around the 300s. I've always liked One Piece though.

You stopped at the right point in Bleach. People said to not watch the last arc. I scoffed and watched it.

Regrets still to this day.

I never personally watch on piece, but its regarded as one of the best shonen jump anime's. However I never watched it because the episode count is like 900 now right? Haha

I also like to buy anime series I watch and one piece is just too long to collect. I keep debating with bleach if I want all the DVD sets since there is 27 in total!

Something else I wood recommended is inuyasha. Its 199 episodes plus 4 movies. One of my favourite series of all time personally.

Talking about wives, my wife also enjoyed death note. I also got her to watch Chobits, darker than black and angel beats which she all enjoyed also.

Hey, I need your suggestion. I'm watching belch for the 3rd time. I keep losing interest cause its long, but the soul society arc always brings me back.

Anyways, just wondering, is the captain filler arc, and zanpakto (however you spell it) filler arc, and that invasion arc near the end worth watching?

I buy the DVDs so just wondering if those fillers are worth buying from your opinion.

I currently have box set 1-3 and I have box set 4 part 2 of bounts arc.

If you are a hardcore fan, go for it. But if you aren't and actually buying, direct your money elsewhere. Not a waste of time per say, just not really interesting by filler standards.

Yeah, I guess I'll see. I don't mind buying the anime and supporting it...I just wish Viz would re-release box sets 6 and up. Like do 20 episodes be set like before instead of 11-12 episodes.

Like the Viz Inuyasha releases, i have all of them and they were awesome. Beautiful box sets with a good amount of episodes in each.
