I enjoyed this series! Great animation and soundtrack.

It's been a few years since I've watched it I think it's due for a re-watch soon. Nice gift!

and yes, they did.

Wataru, Granzört & Cyper formula is under the same production team lead by Oji Hiroi I believe.

First two fate series? Are you talking bout Fate Stay Night & Fate Zero? Cuz Apocriphya was written by different person (iirc)

Did you guys know they're making new Eureka Seven trilogy movies? First one should be release in theater next month (in US). iirc it's called Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution.

That makes total sense then. Nothing about it (minus a couple things) resembled the Fate stories.

So I was super excited when I heard about the new trilogy but supposedly it’s just a remake of the original series and not very good. Any idea how true that is?

I don't really care for those clothes breaking part, but I am interested in how they made the food and what's in it.

I find Shokugeki quite humorous. There some subtlety in it that's missed in other series. Sure, lots of different foods, how they're made the passions that people actually put into it, etc...

I do get your point, but I think the humor is much better presented than any of the others. Sure, the fan service is a little over the top, but it's so obvious, it's funny.

Not sure tbh, I haven’t heard any good or bad news from my friends in Japan. But you know first trilogy is always boring (like Eva), but second and third are way better.

Regarding the EVA remake, 2nd was amazing. It had just enough of a new take to really get you hyped. The 3rd film took that over the edge. They might bring in back in 4.44 but, who knows when that will see daylight.
