I had a Rode VideoMic on my camera with the drive by's. So, it actually sounds way better than a normal camera would. I'll make another video soon...With a cold start and an interior camera.

Ha-ha, I hope so! I've gotten a few looks, but they haven't said anything to me personally. My neighbor always has amish people working at his house...so they've gotta see it.

BlackVue 650gw Front & Rear facing camera's with Power Magic Pro

Picked up a dash camera. I figured I'd get one mostly for insurance reasons, but it can also double as an extra camera when I'm driving around and filming. I don't drive in high traffic areas very often, but when I do, I always end up seeing something interesting.




Ram X-Grip Universal Phone Mount

Got a phone mount about a month ago. I've never had one or a car charger for that matter. Love it so far! It sticks really well to the window and it's a rather heavy duty unit. Made out of powder coated marine grade aluminum making it rust proof. The mounting arm has 2 points of articulation that hold onto 2 control balls at each end. The mount itself even holds onto your phone case.
Lot's of accessories, (longer arms, clamps for a motorcycle or bike, Go-Pro adapter, bigger control balls, even saw a cup holder)
I have been looking for a wile now for a phone mount. $50 on Amazon seemed like alot, but totally worth the money!

I have my Blackvue halfway installed. Still need to hard wire it into the fuse box. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now I suppose. Only interesting things I've seen was some dude in an old Lincoln wanted to race and some crazy woman cutting me off. This past Saturday, as I was driving to the movies, a duck family crossed in front of me.

My uncle drove his Reatta over the other night to visit. He called me not 3 minutes after leaving and said his car had caught on fire! Couldn't believe what I was hearing, so I threw my shoes on and ran outside. If the windows had been open, I'm sure it would have completely burnt. Total loss and the insurance is screwing him out of about $3,000. Don't know how it happened.

With the car show season is in full swing, I thought I'd buy something to dress up the engine bay a bit. Kind of an impulse buy, but I enjoy the way it looks. I have a comparison video I need to edit and throw up online.

My one year anniversary is coming up in a matter of days. So I figured I'd get something big for the car. I'll keep it a surprise till it get's here.

Singed up for my 1st SCCA Auto-X race today. It's going to be a long day. Being on 3rd shift and doing daytime activity's that start when I'm usually getting around to go to bed, is hard to do.

I was bumped into Street Modified class, because of the intake and exhaust. Kinda stinks, but whatev's. I'm just doing it for the enjoyment.

The set up I have doesn't. So I can't vouch for a system that has a deleted cat and resonator. I couldn't be happier with what I have. I highly suggest the Nameless product!

AutoCross was really fun. There were 2 Frs's and 1 black Brz. There was a miss understanding with the class they told me I was in and what I was suppose to be in. They also didn't tell me at tech the night before that I needed to put the class and my car number on the side of the car. Turned out I was car #1 and running 1st. So that was a little hectic! Other than that I didn't have any problems. I have dash cam video edited, I just need to upload it to YouTube.

I would like to go more, but working every other weekend really puts a damper on making it to events.
