Heat-induced color shift on titanium is a think of beauty. If the guy that was about to forcibly violate my rear end had a huge strap on, but it was titanium with that heat coloration, on some level, I would feel less bad about what was about to happen to me.

Some people mentioned earlier that it's ok to have burnt tips if they discolored because of exhaust heat... If your exhaust tips are so hot they discolor... you've got serious problems.
No they aren't Rice |

Seriously, I can see exhaust components heating to the point of glowing closer to the engine (i.e., the header), but why would they be glowing at tips realistically? LOL

I have the Injen exhaust with burnt TI tips. But its just coloring on SS.
I like it cause the blue looks nice against my white car. I don't personally think its rice. Even full titanium exhausts are purposely colored with a torch. And plus, none of these exhausts add any meaningful performance bonus, they just make our cars hella loud. So we could say all aftermarket exhausts for the twins are rice. |

Nice or Rice: Burnt Titanium Tips
Quote:
It actually helps out a lot IF you have a giant spoiler aka EVO-X and STi Those little nubs actually speed/direct the air current going over and down the back window, making the downforce of that big wang more pronounced. |
