Yes. Or otherwise known as Jasco paint stripper.

I have fantasized about painting "asshole" on more than one car with Jasco, but I have never followed through with it regardless of how much someone deserved it.

yep looks thick like Jasco. As if someone flicked it on there with a paint brush. Other good candidates would be mag wheel cleaner or brake fluid
