Shot you both PM's, maybe we can do another DIY day for everyone? Maybe everyone could pitch in some money and we can contact your dream garage for a group buy and all help each other out?

Has anyone installed coilovers before? Getting flex Z's coming in tomorrow and have thought about it but may consider bringing it to evasive to have them do it. The videos don't look too difficult haha.

Look up YouTube videos, you'll gain the knowledge you need to install them yourself. Don't waste your money on paying for them to be installed, I installed my HKS Hypermax Gt5 coils and it was a walk in the park. Good luck!

Only pay if you don't have the tools.

How long would you say I should expect the install to take? I've never meddled with suspension parts before and have no power tools, I would be using only hand tools. My experience includes brake pads and exhaust. I've seen someone mention it took him a 1.5 hours to install all four which seems pretty quick.

When I installed my coils it took about 5 hours. Just because I was messing with wheel clearance on my rocket bunny kit. Since it is your first time installing coils, if I were you I would do it on a weekend where you don't have to feel rushed to finish the same day. Just incase you get stuck or have a slight problem. It's really not too hard tho. Just need confidence.

Installed the Flex Z's on mine the other day. took about 5 hrs but that was a very casual install with a lot of stopping and talking with Young Tea LOL

Hope you like the Z's. I love mine.

Ima noob.Took me two days to install mine lol. 2 on the back for a day and 2 in the front for a day.

This is coming from a person who has not touched anything underneath a car in his life (barely learned whats an intake and what's coilover two weeks before he bought one) and who has absolutely no knowledge on what the hell he's doing. (Unlike most people here who knows what they're doing, he's nowhere close to an engineer or car technician).
