Figured I'd update my thread!

Just passed 5000 miles the other day, no issues yet so far. Had my first oil change done at the dealership on our 6 month annivesary, about 4700 miles or so. Still love driving it every day and I've developed my plans for mods.

Just debadged her earlier this week. I dont love the look of the front because theres a spot specifically for a badge, but Im already in the process of ordering something for that. I love the way the back looks, but i hate the look of the holes there and i still have almost like an outline of the FR-S letters which annoys me.

Got what I assume is my first bad rock chip the other day, had a little bit of a struggle ordering my touch up paint from Subaru, but its there for pick up now. Got a few other scratches to address with the paint too.

The snow yesterday ruined my scheduled detail and opticoating, but one of these next few weekends itll be done!

Ok so my opticoating was delayed from last saturday until this sunday. This adhesive from the dealer installed 3M clear bra was a bastard to get off. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357840872.191588.jpg

Ended up removing thw adhesive so now we have a clean slate for the detailing. In the mean time, I have received my F N A Automovie rear for light kit. I think I may need to get my tail lights replaced before its installed, due to condensation. I did install this Beat-Sonic shark fin antenna today though. My package didnt come with a template, but i judged it the best i could. I think it turned out great.

Much more to come

You said it is leased? Keep all your OEM parts for when you return it!

Car looks good, keep it up

It is leased, but unless my life takes some kind of wild turn in the next 2.5 years, I won't be returning it. I am keeping all OEM parts anyway just in case lol.

Thanks for the kind words.

Though I do like the badgeless look, especially in the rear, I dont think I'll leave it as is. I have black chrome Toyota emblems and a black chrome GT86 emblem on the way from Grazio as we speak. Can't wait till they arrive, along with some other good stuff.

There are holes that you can see in that pic i posted of the front of the car. I left them there so that my black chrome toyota badge will fit right in.

Were you planning on tinting the headlights/taillights? I was thinking of doing mine, but I'm not sure what my options are.
