I had a carbon fiber hood on my civic and it is not the thing for lazy people lol, mine looked like s*** after a few years

I have found most CF hoods to look ricey on these cars and I suspect it will hurt resale. My advice would be to keep stock and perhaps find a used one if possible in the same color. I actually really like the OEM look of the hood of these cars.

I second this. They were only cool for a little in the late 90's/early 00's. Same deal with ugly altezza/ugly tails people put on their BRZ's.
