My wife curbing and cratering the fascia and alignment one week after I got it back from hitting a deer and having $56XX of shop repairs. On a 13xxx mile car. Still haven't ticked to 14K. Whiskey Tango FFFFFFuckingFoxtrot!

Mamma has no more sports car privileges in the immediate future. She's lucky she's not riding the bus. This happened last night.

My wife has zero awareness when it comes to CLEARANCE. After she drove my G35 coupe up onto a curb (which she uses to know she is officially parked) I make sure to remind her how low the car is. Sounds like your wife cut a corner, surprised she didn't rip the sidewall on that tire.

Few years back my wife cleaned all the fairings off the bottom of her Sunfire from one end to the other. She didn't even notice and when I asked her what happened she said nothing had.
Backtracked her route and there was all the debris and scrapped paint on a curb in a parking lot. She then figured somebody must have hit her and dragged the parts across the curb somehow. To this day she does not think she hit that curb and I am pretty sure she has blamed everybody from sasquatch to aliens for the damage. Needless to say she has never, nor ever will, had sports car rights and is restricted to high riding suvs!

I hate the fact my car sounds like I've owned it for 10 years. The rattles, clutch clicking noise, engine chirping ect. Also, my transmission feels like I'm shifting a truck. According to the dealer "everything is just fine". Yeah, sure it is. I'm ready to trade it in. I'm at my wits end with my car.

This is actually a true statement! Or how it makes driving so boring because it owns the road.

New FR-S owner here. I really DO hate a specfic aspect of owning an FR-S.

I was hoping for this car to be a head-turner: that I'd have tons of beautiful women taking a second, or third, long look my way.

In reality? I get young dudes checking out my new ride. Probably thinking "what's that older guy doing driving the car that I want!"

Have you tried stuffing a potato into the crotch of your pants?

The reality of the situation is this: Women dress up to impress other women, men buy nice cars to impress other men.

Few exceptions to this rule, but that's how it usually goes.

You bought the wrong colour!
I get women of all ages take second looks or outright stare at my car.
Had many, many, say "what a beautiful colour what kind of car is that?" or something along those lines when parked at a store or getting gas.

On the subject of people checking out your ride; about 6 years back I was on the road in Tampa, and passed a Buggatti Veyron...of course I look at the driver, and he looks at me with a "WTF?" suprised look on his face.

Dude, you're driving a Veyron...apparently all the way from New York (NY plates), I reserve the right to stare!

Same here. Lightning red. Red cars do attract looks from women.

A while back I went through a drive-thru and thought the cute little girl in the window was going to climb over and into the car with me. The funnier part was her co-worker's reaction. She turned around to the guys behind her and said, "Hey, y'all come take a look at this car!"

One of the guys walked up to the window, very coolly looked the car over from front to back, nodded and said, "Shit's fuckin' dope, yo."

I think that's actually the best compliment I've gotten. The little cashier turned red and was mad at the guy ("You can't talk like that to the customers! You're gonna get me in trouble!"), but I was laughing.
