BBB is a joke. It's an over-glorified Yelp website man. It's not a legitimate organization in the eyes of the law.
What you need to do is call your credit card company and tell them about this fradulent transaction before your report window falls off. Typically 60 days from original date of debit out of your account. Also, do not ship the item back to him or make any deal outside of one that is notorized and through your CC company or bank.
