What Terence said, I bought my Asphalt FR-S from Power Toyota in Cerritos from Weng Foong as well, definitely a pleasure to do business with. No mark up at as and no hassle. Would definitely recommend going there.

so I had a guy at Longo Toyota tell me that they sell the FR-S by order only....you come in, tell them what you want, then in 1-2 months you get your car. wtf is up with that, from a dealer that supposedly has the largest allocation in socal?

Check Redlands Toyota as well. No mark up and they don't force you to buy the car with "upgraded wheel package." Bought mine straight up, had a few extras, trunk carpet, wheel locks and invisible film/bra but i didn't mind.
Avoid Irvine and Fullerton scion/toyota, they slapping wheel packages on all the frs' that they get in stock. |

The only ones you're likely to find are people who backed out or highly marked up ones. I'm sure there are a few diamonds in the rough, however. Feel free to call around!

Just got a text from Alvin over at Cerritos Toyota...
They got an Ultramarine and Asphalt coming in end of this month. Both are 6MTs. Shipping from Japan 6/21. Passing this info to any interested folks. And no they don't charge mark ups. |

Just keep calling...don't believe all the hype the dealers are trying to push on ya....they are getting cars. Its seems like the last week of June and the first week on July is when the next batch will hit. Even so, there are plenty still out there (of you are after an automatic)
