I agree @thehapaone - he came around the corner, and was just sort of like "uhhh" and stayed back. I feel like if we didn't talk to him, he maybe would have just sat there making sure we didn't hoon, and we could have continued to take pictures for awhile longer. Although it did sort of put us on the spot, and it was probably the right thing to do to talk to him.

That was actually the first negative experience I've had with a cop before - sucked that he had to crash our event.

Also - for future improv meeting locations - no gravel, or grass! Having to drive my (cleaned) car over that stuff probably takes a few days off of my life expectancy

I agree we did the right thing by going to talk to the cop...but you would think since we did that he wouldn't be an ass...some people just let power go to their head it sucks but it's true

I wasn't too happy about driving on the gravel and my car was super dirty. as much as I "don't care" about my paint I do care about rock chips and getting rocks and grass all up in the bottom of my car.

In the past I let the cop come to me or motion that he wants to talk. He have had meets in a parking lot where cops would just sit randomly. They never came to us we never went to them. Last year our cruise to Tillamook we passed a cop in town right after we turned off HWY 101. He followed us to the cheese factory and was all hot headed, he definitely wanted to talk to someone. and of course the guy in the Evo had to do a cookie in front of him. I told the cop to give him a ticket, its not my responsibility to babysit. He didn't. Gave him my info to be nice but we never said who was in charge.

I wasn't doing anything Sunday either except washing my car from the track day the day before! ;(
