PA - Stroudsburg - Ertle Subaru
Sales: Darlene Michel. Service: N/A Story: Darlene was great, my wife and I first met her during a walk in last fall before we had the money to buy the cars. She kept in touch with us and when we went back she let us test drive the cars without joining us (something I've never had a dealer do for me) plus she managed to help us score a great deal on a BRZ for me and a Crosstrek for the wife ($29,200 out of the door on the BRZ and $27,000 out the door on the Crosstrek). No forced warranties, no pressure, just a pleasure all around. |

Coeur d'alene ID - Parker Subaru. The Parker family has taken care of my Toyota for years and now that they have a Subaru dealership, our relationship continues and has always been a positive experience. Gave me a smoking deal on a car that never even hit the lot for sale. No complaints.

TX - Houston - Subaru of Clear Lake - Sales
Sales: Bradley Service: No Experience Yet Story: First time buyer with no credit history. I drove home with a 2015 WRB BRZ Premium 6MT at a more than fair interest rate. This is a brand new dealership (only open for, roughly, a month as of today) and it is a friendly, zero pressure environment. A+ |

CO - Colorado Springs - Heuberger - sales
Sales: Clinton Kachnowski
Service: N/A Story: Plenty of praise for Heuberger, already, but I though I should add my 2 cents. I didn't really care whether it was a BRZ or an FRS, and I assumed the FRS would be cheaper. I definitely didn't want to pay for any "extras." I emailed Subaru first, to see if I could negotiate. I had done some searching and had come up with what I though I should pay. Clint didn't even try--his up-front price was within $50 of the lowball price I planned to start the negotiations with! I went to the Toyota dealer, next. At first they said they couldn't negotiate, then they tried a couple rounds of better prices, but adding things like "etching" and wheel locks. In the end they were still several hundred more than Clint's price. So Scion's "Pure Price" was garbage, while Clint and Heuberger made the process easy. I can't imagine how you'd find any easier way to buy a BRZ! |

CA - Santa Cruz - Subaru of Santa Cruz - Both
Sales: Jeff Filiault Service: Everyone Story: I purchased a WRX from another dealership about 45 miles from home. The dealership was nice enough and salesman got be a damn good deal ($27000, out the door all fees and tax included), but i did not want to drive up to San Francisco whenever i needed service. i have been using Subaru of Santa Cruz's service department for 4 years and they are always pleasant, offer exceptional service, and cut costs for me when they can. The sales department is equally awesome. Jeff had originally tried to get me in a WRX in 2012, but due to supply and not being able to get just what i wanted, i went elsewhere. I came back to him last month in the looks for the BRZ. Without even asking for ID or anything he tosses me the keys to a BRZ they have and told me, "it has about 1/4 of tank left. Try not to let it run out." When i returned, Jeff worked a great deal with me and set out to find the WRB BRZ Premium i wanted. The whole experience never felt like a hassle or responsibility, just fun and excitement. If i am in the market in the future, i will be going back. |

Livermore Subaru is a great place to buy a car. The salespeople, while young, are all car enthusiasts and the management there has done a great job of hiring intelligent, subaru loving people to work for it. I was in and out and got exactly what i wanted with no hassle and no doubt in my mind that i got the best price available. I know that recently it seems almost every dealer, subaru or not, seems to have salespeople who just want a check and their commission and dont truly listen to what you have to say or what you want. It seems a lot of these people also dont know there products or what they have on the lot. ( I was at the corvette dealer a few weeks back and the salesman actually said "hold on, let me go check if the new stingray comes in a 4 door" I walked off the lot immediately) The people over at livermore subaru are highly trained and well motivated to please customers instead of fill their own pockets.

Park Place Mercedes of Grapevine
Not exactly a Subaru Dealer, but Bobby Nicholson is an excellent pre-owned car salesman and my entire buying experience was quick and pleasant. Highly recommend if you are in the DFW metroplex and you happen to find a BRZ/FRS for sale. |

NY - Bayside - Star Subaru - Sale
Sale: Will Vergez Service: N/A Story: I decided to purchase a brand new 2015 Subaru BRZ Limited. I knew of the Star Subaru dealership closest to where i live. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a comfortable setting (not like most dealerships where all they see are dollar signs once you walk in). He was very easy to speak with, understood my position and helped with the purchase in the best manner (there was no instance of uncomfortable feelings during the entire process). They were also very client oriented, kept me informed of the process of my purchase (my car was to be shipped out to the dealership, as they didn't have the color i wanted at the lot). Overall amazing experience. |

CA - San Bernardino Subaru
Sales: Mike Lightfoot Story: as I wait for my evo under maintenance, I walked into the showroom... Me: can I do a test drive on your BRZ? Sales: sure, let me get the vehicle number and we'll take it for a spin. Which one do you want? Me: I want the silver As we were walking towards the car to get the VIN, I stopped him. Me: I changed my mind on the test drive Sales: *jawdropped* did I just lost a buyer!? Me: Just run the numbers and my credit. If I liked the numbers and APR, I'm pretty sure I'm going to like the BRZ. I had a Miata, I know how fun a small RWD car would be. And if I need to go fast, I still have my evo for that purpose 30-mins later, got a 1.9% APR and left my evo while they perform a few recalls. |

Just ordered my BRZ LIMITED
State: CO
City: Colorado Springs Dealership: Heuberger Motors Sales: January Brooks (Internet Forum Director) I was looking for a 2015 BRZ when I stumbled upon this website. After reading several replies from other forum members that had purchased from Heuberger Motors, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with January last Tuesday and she gave me the all the details on ordering my car since they didn't have what I was looking for in their inventory. I told her exactly what I was looking for and all the options I wanted. She then gave me an outstanding price. Even offered me a $50 gift card to boot! So I called January back this afternoon, placed my order (took less than 5 Minutes), paid my deposit, now I'm like ![]() Highly recommend this dealership! January was awesome and a blast to work with. Their website is www.heubergermotors.com if anyone is interested. Last edited by The Feds; 06-10-2015 at 12:26 AM. |

TN - Knoxville - Grayson Hyundai Subaru
Sales - Jennifer Thompson I live out of state and this was the nearest dealer with a manual transmission brz. Jennifer helped me work this whole deal over the phone and had everything ready to go for me. I took a drive down on a Saturday signed some papers and was headed home in my new 86 in under 30 minutes. Whole process was forward and seamless. |

Ohio - Fairborn - Wagner Subaru.
Service - N/A Salesperson - Chris Longo I haven't actually purchased a vehicle yet, but I know I'm going to from here. I've had nothing but good experiences with these guys, Chris is always honest, the entire staff and all the technicians are enthusiasts who drive nicely modded STis and Fozzy XTs (last I checked). There is another dealership in the area that I won't mention that has pissed me off twice. Either way, when it comes to putting in the order for my '15 or '16 BRZ, it'll be from Wagner. I've discussed financing and availability and what I plan to do with the car, they're great through and through. Not sure if this is relevant though since I don't have it yet.
