What I was trying to say is if people really wanted the car but were holding off for the as of now "mythical" power increase they could just lease the car, enjoy it so when/if the new model shows up they can upgrade whenever the lease is up. and they can build credit while they're at it.

I was merely saying enjoy the car, that's what it's there for.

We only have so much time on this Earth so why not try to make the most out of it?

I'm all for living in the moment, but patience is also a virtue. I'm glad I waited to buy my FRS. If I didn't I wouldnt have my Monogram which is exactly what I wanted.

Only reason I would want a new model is not for a power bump. But for more reliablity

None of the cars you listed is a refresh. It's an entirely new generation.

exactly. i was going to wait for a 2016 to see if anything will be better. but this car is pretty much perfect that i don't care if 2016 is nicer or a bit faster

If anything is changed for the 2016, I think it will be very minimal. That is why i settled for the 2015 also.

I dont understand the people waiting for more power, buy a 2013 and put a supercharger/turbo on with the same money you'd spend buying a brand new 86.

Likely due to the warranty and reliability of a factory turbo engine.
