Nice Ride btw

Also, I'm probably going to pick up a set of Flex Z's to slap n my car once it comes out of winter mode next spring, take it from your post I should probably get a set of LCA's along with them then? Looked through this thread a bit, and have been talking to a couple people about their experience, was told I shouldn't need to adjust camber, but that sounds like a pretty big camber change on yours. Planning for 1~1&1/4 inch drop

I'm in the same spot as you.

For those who have not installed a set of LCAs with these, hows your tire wear? And how much did you drop?

many of our cars will end up with uneven rear camber (different on both sides) after lowering. that's what prompted me to get the LCAs. if you're getting coilovers vs. lowering springs, chances are that you're interested in handling. if handling is important to you, then you want to be able to dial in your alignment to suit your driving needs, which you can't do without LCAs.

Is it present at low speed on uneven surface (small bumps but high frequency)?

I had this light tapping noise in the back when the coilovers were installed. I had to re-tighten the bolt that connects to the lower arm. Noise went away after that.

I've checked the torque on them both in the air and on the ground but I guess I'll give it another go just to be safe.

Are you using a socket wrench? I used a breaker bar to tighten the bolt

How do the Flex Z compare to the Fortune Auto 500 for a DD that might see a few track days or autox events per year?

What torque specs are you using?

Damping pressure is a bit lacking for "performance driving" but it has compliance like a camry. Easy adjustments and a damn good value. How are these things only $800 a set? Tein and Tomei are kicking some serious asses. Must have something to do with the exchange rates.

I had the light tapping noise in the rear when going over speed bumps. Re-torqued the following bolts and the noise has disappeared for now:

Strut to Control Arm Nut Torque: 59 ft-lb
Hub to Control Arm Nut Torque: 59 ft-lb

Above info taken from DarrenDriven's DIY.

Those torque specs look a bit low. Particularly the strut to knuckle hardware torque. Were talking about 19mm and 17mm hardware. They can take much more torque than 59 ft lb.
