Stay away from them. Friend had to go have them fix his paint issues so many times he eventually ended up filing a BAR complaint and it resulted in his favor through a mutual agreement. They did some other things too that I don't want to mention.

I would have them your issues ASAP. Your insurance paid money for your car to be brought back to a condition prior to an accident. I would not let this go. File a BAR complaint if need be to have the clips fixed and crack bumper. I would make them fix the clips and cracked bumper and have them provide you a rental until the job is completed in a satisfactory manner. You paid for a service that was not completed.

Here is a link if need be. My friend had tried to be reasonable with them as much as possible, he dealt with them for the issues for almost 2 years. But it eventually came down to it.


BTW- I do not have a vendetta against this shop. I am simply tired of shoddy body shops and getting calls from insureds complaining about body shops on a daily basis because something wasn't done correctly. I am a claims adjuster.

My brother @sillierabbit had his front bumper replaced/painted at C&C Collision in Alhambra. They did such a good job matching whiteout that I took my daily in for repairs. I'll comment on how they did after I get it back. You can see my brothers car to see how well they matched the whiteout. Good customer service too, so far.

Looks like it should cover up the holes unless they're in the center too, but didn't you get the four piece? lmk know how the fitment is.
