Some months have more than 4 weeks, so if we do 2nd and 4th, 4 times out of the year, we will miss a date, if it's not every other week. (If you do 4 weeks a month, that's 48 weeks a year. A year has 52 weeks. Lol trust me, my paycheck is every 2 weeks. Rather than 2nd and 4th week)

what. i dont quite get it. go to a digital calendar. click on the 2nd and 4th friday of every month starting this month. All of them have a second and fourth friday. i went up to 2020. the gist was twice a month right? we switched it to 2nd and 4th friday of every month so that people know when the meets are exactly instead of constantly asking "yo is there a meet today". "well fuck which week of the month is this... theres your answer" as for your pay check i dunno man. most payrolls are set on a date. say 5th and 20th of the month so that the company's always paying twice a month instead of every 2 weeks
Its more like you gain a an extra paycheck i guess? since it comes earlier and earlier.

best example i can give is if you have a fire extinguisher at your work place. A lot of the time, they'll come 11 months after you've gotten the extinguisher, then you lose a month. then next year one month earlier and so on and so forth. In the case of your pay being every other week, then youre being paid extra. Its just like the extinguisher thing but vice versa. YOU'RE A PAYROLL BANDIT.

No I know they all have 2nd and 4th. People are under the impression it's every other week. So for October, if we meet 2nd and 4th, people thinking every other week will skip the 5th Friday and meet the 1st Friday of the month. Yeah?
