Special shout out to ACE Powder Coating in Garland TX for the thermal barrier, 2000 degree rating, applied to my ACE Type A 350.

Great price, quick turnaround, and quality workmanship.

ACE PC did several pieces:
Thermal transference coating on KoYorad radiator; black satin Powder coat of Carolina Dyno radiator shroud; as well as the header.

I'll post pics of header and collector, once I get the images reduced in size.

ACE PC applied the coating inside and outside the header and collector.

My 60-yr old left hand thumb joint went south on me. Surgery Wednesday November 18th with 3-6 month recovery pretty much trashed my winter projects.

On other end of this round of Finger Fun, courtesy of the US Navy, I'm buying some Delicious BRZ love.

I just got a notification of a $12.50 fee yesterday. It says not to use it to pay as it is not an invoice. I'll pay it, not a big deal. But where do I pay it, website?

You cut the bill on the dotted line and send it with a personal check or postal money order in the included envelope. Do not staple it together. Put a stamp on it and mail it off.

If yours says it's not a bill then don't pay it. Mine is a Duty and Tax Invoice. It clearly states, "To prevent further action, please remit your payment immediately." So that's what I'm going to do. Send it off this week and be done with it.

We discussed with ACE. This is a customs bill when orders are drop shipped direct from ACE for quickest delivery. Because of that, the customs bill gets forwarded to the receiving client. Please send us PDFs of your FEDEX statement so we can keep for our records and to provide you a credit on future orders. In the meantime, you will need to make the customs payment. Got mine in today's mail. Sending the scanned invoice and check for payment to u per your instruction. Next day or so. Will the scanned image via email attachment work for you?

That's why I'm paying mine. Oh, and I already send you a scanned PDF 2 months ago. Mike should have it. I have his email saved, so if he needs it again, I can resend it.

I love that the customs bills you guys are getting are in the $20 range for a $1500 part. The customs here is %15 and as I found out recently, even applies to gifts worth more than $60. :'(
