I need to find this today with what little spare time I have. If you guys know where it is let me know and we'll have a Hydra EMS that much faster

I haven't been able to get the ECM IO diagram from the Subaru Technical website. If anyone can get the FRS or BRZ ECM IO diagram that would be a huge help as that's what is currently holding me back from taking the next step.

Yeah I've looked through that post before and while it's very informative it's not exactly what we need. An ECM IO diagram will give you a specific ECU connector/pin and then relate that to a sensor etc.

So it would say something like: Connector B134 pin 37 = MAF signal (.2-5 volts).

It will eventually be available but I'm in a hurry as you could imagine...I need more power now!

I just tried again and it still not up on Subaru's Technical Website. The vehicle is recognized but there are no options to purchase any of the information. I checked with my dealer and they don't even have the parts data available.

If anyone here works for Toyota/Scion or Subaru and does have access to the hard copies or software contact me please and I will pay you to get me the info.

Raced the FRS today in the Whelen US TT Championship. Turned a 1:40.3 running NJ Thunderbolt and I'm pretty sure I will dip it into the 1:30s tomorrow. This car is seriously legit on track!

Absolutely beat the snot out of the FRS racing two days at New Jersey Motorsports for the Whelen US GT and TT Championship. I can't wait to show you guys the onboard video as I was up the tailpipes of race tired Z06s and other heavily modified track cars (I was also on race tires). Pictures and videos to come.

I had one major issue with the steering when braking heavy. It was as if the power steering wouldn't allow braking and turning under extremes (trail braking under race conditions on race tires).

When life serves you lemons, make lemonade! Our Unlimited Time Attack STi had problems so instead of calling it quits it was time to put the FRS to the ultimate test!

I first went out on the OEM wheels and tires and I just wasn't patient enough to deal with those on a race track. Our STi runs a set of Rota DPT 18x10 ET35 from Wheel Dude which happens to have a dual bolt patter. With a 5mm front spacer they fit...sort of

Having to run in the same class with race prepped Z06s, Porsche Turbos, and Vipers I didn't win anything but respect!

As soon as I have time to get the videos together I'll talk about how remarkable the car's performance was this weekend.

Wnder why the steering would go out. Thought it was electric, which my dumb head thinks should make it immune from heat related shutdown?

Love the pics...NASCAR vibe LoL

I was almost as if it didn't have enough power to overcome the sticky tires while braking and turning. It had the sensation of loosing a power steering pump and it took extreme muscle to turn or easing off the brakes. I'm pretty sure I just changed my technique to get around this but I trail brake a lot in my STi in the tight stuff. Maybe there is still some VSC that basically tells the electric steering to not let this bozo brake and turn at the same time . I had all that off however.

Dual view video of the Element Tuning FRS taking on the Whelen USTT Championship at NJ Motorsports Thunderbolt.

Ok someone mentioned a note in the manual about when the power steering overheats it cuts back the assist. This must have been what was happening.
