Have you gotten insurance quotes for both cars? Just a guess, but the 'Vette might be substantially more costly to insure.
Regardless of financial considerations, you might want to think about the different natures of the two. The twins are classic sports cars-- small, light weight, excellent handling, and not particularly powerful. You go fast by not slowing down for corners, and that's what makes them fun. IMHO you'll become a better driver by learning the limits on something that's forgiving and that won't punish you for your mistakes, something like the twins or a Miata. |
