40k, followed maintenance booklet for everything except I did the transmission and differential fluid at 30k miles because I drive it hard, I will do it again at 60k miles.
OEM Brake pads still have life because I've been running Carbotechs at the track/autox, brake fluid has been flushed with higher temp fluid to prevent any boiling (I plan on flushing on a yearly basis, bleed as needed). I see no problem doing the spark plugs at 60k because I have no desire to enable any extra buildup from impartial combustion on a DI engine, that will be approximately once every 4+ year annoyance at worst. One serious mechanical fault: CEL for coil pack (#3 I think?) which was (from inside the car) left side closest to the firewall, replaced of my own volition because speaking to the dealership it would have been 6+ hours of time out of my life vs. $120 and 1 hour out of my life. |

If you haven't changed your trans/diff oil.. you MUST change them..

At 40,900 miles and my FR-S has that same "clunky" noise on very bad roads at low speeds. It can be felt in the steering wheel a hair but mechanically everything is as stout as a bull.
Might be a good idea to do an overall servicing on the transmission/differential. I know Toyota recommends every 30,000 miles/30 months for transmission fluid. And the differential fluid normally is to just be inspected every 7500 miles and change when needed. (i.e. a good idea to be somewhere in the same area as the trans, if not a little more often than the trans.) |

Over 75k now and only just recently changed brake pads. Even then, only one pad had started squealing. Can't believe how long those things lasted! I've had new pads, lines and fluid sitting around my garage forever now, just waiting.
I know plugs are due soon, but I want to bribe a friend with skinny hands to do it. I broke two of the connectors on my WRX doing this years ago...PITA. Also had the TO bearing detonate last month. The clutch wore out and it all went to hell real quick. TO bearing was covered under extendede warranty (as was all labor) but I had to purchase the new clutch/pp/fw so it wasn't cheap, but not as bad as paying for the labor on top! I asked about changing the fluid, since I did it around 30k, they said don't bother yet.

I'd change the fluids now, go drive the car get it nice and hot and park it.
That way nice fresh fluids are coating everything vs the old stuff. The new stuff will still be good come spring. |

Update, 105k, still autocrossing like crazy, plan to m make a run in D-Street at solo nationals in a couple of weeks. Checked back to this thread for spark plug intervals, looks like 60k and not 50k, so I got a little bit on that... are fluids (diff and trans) 30k, or 40k? I've changed mine twice, I think it was 40k, and 80k each time.
